Excellent book probably one of the best in the field!

I have been following Eric Harrison in all his books since I started practicing meditation. He has a very talented, easy to read way of describing the scientific facts with accuracy, without relating meditation to any religion or other spiritual paths. Great for starters as well a experienced meditators. If you would need a good book to get started this is definitely the one.
